unavailable towels unconcerned staff

the location near the water was acceptable the restaurants were convenient

i found navigating the hotel difficult elevators did not reach all floors connecting buildings only on certain levels created confusion staff did not seem concerned when guests got trapped in a lift no assistance was provided towels were often unavailable a 5-star hotel should ensure basic amenities are readily accessible

Underwhelming stay. Inconsistent service.

rude staff ant problem

My room lacked a proper balcony. It was more like a ledge. ants were all over the entrance. the cave bar staff was shockingly rude. They refused service despite me having a table. i also had issues with incorrect change at the bar near the sea. this place is far from a true five-star experience, and i definitely expected much more.
