Underwhelming stay. Inconsistent service.
rude staff ant problem
My room lacked a proper balcony. It was more like a ledge. ants were all over the entrance. the cave bar staff was shockingly rude. They refused service despite me having a table. i also had issues with incorrect change at the bar near the sea. this place is far from a true five-star experience, and i definitely expected much more.

the location had direct access to the promenade. the room featured a large balcony. i found the provided bed to be good.
there were ants crawling on our table on the balcony. the sink in the bathroom was cracked. the bar staff in the cave bar were rude.
